Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Structure

All projects require a 50% upfront payment to commence work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

Before Work Begins

  • Full refund if you cancel before work commences
  • Refund request must be submitted in writing (email)

After Work Begins - No Refund

  • No refund once any work has started
  • No refund for custom/delivered work
  • No refund for third-party expenses (domains, hosting, licenses)

3. Cancellation Terms

Either party may cancel the project with 14 days written notice.

Upon Client Cancellation

  • Client pays for work completed up to cancellation date
  • All completed deliverables will be provided
  • If amount paid exceeds work done, remaining balance refunded
  • If amount paid less than work done, client pays difference

Upon Service Provider Cancellation

  • Full refund of unused advance payment
  • All completed work delivered before cancellation
  • 14 days notice or as agreed

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting setup, fonts, stock assets)
  • Custom work completed and approved
  • Work where client has provided content/approval
  • Additional revisions exceeding package limits
  • Any work started after revision phase begins

5. Revision Policy

Each package includes a set number of revisions:

  • Landing Page: 2 revision rounds
  • Business Site: 3 revision rounds
  • Custom Project: As agreed in contract

Additional revisions are charged at hourly rate. No refund for revisions you choose not to use.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding refunds or cancellations:

  • First, attempt direct resolution via email
  • Provide clear documentation of the issue
  • Allow 5 business days for response
  • Subject to Kerala jurisdiction if unresolved

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation:

  1. Email us at byahamed@gmail.com
  2. Include your name and project details
  3. State reason for refund/cancellation request
  4. We will respond within 5 business days

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
